The NEXTflex™ Pre- and Post- Capture Combo Kit (Agilent SureSelect XT2 Compatible) is a complete Illumina®-compatible library prep solution designed for DNA library preparation, multiplexing, and barcode blocking upstream of Agilent SureSelectXT2 target enrichment systems.

The primary advantages that this kit offers over the Agilent SureSelect XT2 Reagent Kit are:

  • NEXTflex Rapid DNA-Seq protocol reduces library prep time
  • Index-specific blocking oligos
  • Post-hybridization amplification is performed "off-bead", offering more robust amplification and better coverage
  • Flexible multiplexing options with up to 96 barcodes for multiplexing

These kits are provide with either 16 reactions and 16 unique barcodes or 96 reactions with 96 unique barcodes.
