Nová verze produktu NEXTflex™ Directional RNA-Seq Kit

Today we are launching the NEXTflex Directional RNA-Seq (dUTP-based) Kit v2. This is an update to the NEXTflex™ Directional RNA-Seq Kit, with the following benefits:

  • No cleanup step between first and second strand synthesis, allowing more efficient first and second strand synthesis reactions
  • No end repair and post end repair cleanup steps are required any longer, as the second strand synthesis enzyme performs end polishing
  • Uracil DNA Glycosylase treatment has been combined with the PCR step, resulting in less hands-on time

The protocol for this kit is 2 hours shorter that it is for the original version and we are going to recommend that all customers should use the new version instead of the original version. We will continue to offer the original NEXTflex™ Directional RNA-Seq Kit (dUTP-based) though December 31, 2013.
